New Patients Welcome

Becoming a patient with us is simple. After booking your appointment online, we will send you a confirmation email with directions regarding how to access your patient portal and complete all necessary intake paperwork. Upon your arrival, we will help you check in and direct you where to go next.

Dedicated to better understanding your condition, your initial visit with us will last no longer than 45 minutes from start to finish.

During this time, Dr. Eichner will meet with you to discuss your health history, current well-being, and overall health goals. As long as you are comfortable moving forward, he will then perform a non-invasive physical examination to gain a better understanding of your immediate needs. This appointment will conclude with a suggested plan of care, including frequency of care and patient accountability, as well as your first, individualized chiropractic adjustment.

Ongoing Care

Regular visits are fairly straightforward in nature. Most chiropractic adjustments are completed in under 10 minutes, but more complex cases may require additional time. At Forward Motion Chiropractic and Wellness, we want you to make your chiropractic experience as comfortable and memorable as possible. Please do not hesitate to communicate any questions or concerns you might have throughout the duration of your appointments.
